Using the service

By using My PSL Scale you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old. The service is provided for curiosity and entertainment.

What the ratings are, and are not

The PSL scale is an informal, community-made scale. Ratings are automatic estimates from a single photo and can be affected by angle, lighting, expression and the camera. They are not a scientific, medical, psychological or cosmetic assessment, and not a judgement of your worth. Do not use a rating to make decisions about your health, appearance procedures, employment or relationships.

Acceptable use

You agree to upload only photos of yourself, or of an adult who has given you clear permission. You must not upload photos of anyone under 18, images that are illegal, or images you do not have the right to use. You must not use the service to harass, shame or discriminate against anyone, to scrape or overload it, or to try to bypass the credit system.

Accounts and credits

New accounts may receive free welcome credits. Credits are bought in one-time packs, have no cash value, never expire, cannot be transferred, and are not a subscription. A feature's credit cost is shown before you use it. If an AI rating fails to deliver a result, the credits for it are returned automatically.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Stripe. If a purchase went wrong, or you have not used the credits from a recent purchase, contact us and we will review a refund. Credits already spent on delivered ratings are not refundable.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features, prices for future purchases, or the scoring method, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
